NaNoWriMo is run by a tiny but mighty nonprofit called the Office of Letters and Light. OLL's other programs include:
The Young Writers Program is a kid and teen version of NaNoWriMo's novel-in-a-month challenge, with 2,000 classrooms and 60,000 self-directed writers participating worldwide.
Camp NaNoWriMo whisks over 28,000 writers worldwide to a virtual summer-camp-themed version of NaNoWriMo during the months of April and July.
