I love to read and write.Right now I'm working on my Masters in English as well as TAing (yes that IS a word), so I'm hoping to eke out enough time to actually do NaNo. I used to work at a bookstore (RIP Borders!) and I love books of many styles and genres! I am blessed to have a sister who is even more insane about writing than I am so we can share in the agony and bliss that is writing together. I love connecting with other readers and writers on blogs and around the interwebs!
NaNo 2009: Only wrote a couple thousand words on a yet untitled and unfinished thriller
NaNo 2010: WIN! wrote 50,000 ridiculous bits of word vomit on a YA fantasy titled "Magiciste" which helped me figure out a lot of plot points, but did not leave me with a workable manuscript. Ah well, the writing's the most important part, yes?
