Wow. What defines me? I teach English to 8th graders and that in itself keeps me young and hopeful. My girlfriends and sister keep me laughing and somewhat sane. Sanity is optional when I'm with them, and I'm good with that. I was diagnosed with breast cancer a year ago, and am through all of my treatment (okay, there's a little white pill I take daily, but after chemo and radiation that's nothing!) Going through relationship transition after six years, or not, can't tell right now, so this project seems to be just what I need. A distraction! I USED to aspire to write. Then, I lost my focus. I'm hoping to find it again with this project. Thanks so much, Lucy, for sending me this link! I actually am excited for this, and I haven't been able to say that in awhile. Let the wild rumpus begin! (I love that phrase!)
