Hello writer humans!

This, our third year as your MLs, has seen a ton of participation, and we are thrilled about that. The region has grown so much, and so many writers are madly churning out words. It's all been great fun to watch and to encourage.

Life changes, however, and Ellen and I have decided 2017 will be our last year as your MLs. NaNoWriMo has been so powerful for us over the years, that we have a ton of writing projects in the works. Therefore, we don't feel we can do the position justice any more.

We will be keeping the Facebook group open. If the incoming ML (or MLs) want to take it over, we'll hand over the reins (Admin access). If not, we'll likely keep it open under a different name as we know lots of folks use it to connect. We'll let you know!

We've had great fun getting to know you all, and we'll still be around, just not leading the charge any longer.

May the words be with you -

Ellen & Paige
