6 months agoNot sure what to do at a Writing Post?
Write!!! Set a timer for 10,15,20, 30 min (whatever works best). Put your earbuds in and write during that period of time. No talking! Afterwards you can chat, get up and walk around, whatever.
It is okay if, occasionally, you just get to know your fellow Wrimos. It is okay if you decide to critique a member's work or you're talking industry or just talking about why you are struggling with writing this week. But next time, get back to writing. Set the timer. Give your WIP this time.
6 months agoWe have established Writing Posts.
What are Writing Posts? It is a common place you can go to write and possibly find other Wrimos. There are specific locations and times listed in the Calendar. Use them. Use them to get out of your house, get writing, meet other Wrimos and stay focused on your Work In Progress (WIP) or find encouragement and advice.
If you plan on going, let others know!
